 Booking Terms & Conditions

Important

• Rooms  can  be  booked  at  5  star,  4  star,  3  star  hotels  by  sending  SITA  a  full  non- refundable  advance  deposit  within  advised deadline.
• Once paid, Cancellation will be applicable as per policy mentioned below.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking request and rates subject to revision at the time of confirmation.
• Confirmation will be given only on an advance payment.

 General Information

• Special rates are valid until 15th October 2015
• All rates are on a per room per night basis
• The room category is mentioned alongside the special rates.
• Please specify the room type required to be booked. For eg: Single, Large-bedded Double, Twin (separate)- bedded double etc
• Any other meals besides breakfast are not included.

Special Rates

• Hotel tariffs are applicable as indicated in the local currency - INR or Rs (Indian Rupees).

 Taxes

• All taxes are included in the above rates
• All  taxes  (service  tax  /  hotel  luxury  tax  /  VAT)  are  Government  mandated  and  may  change  /  increase  / decrease.

Check-In / Checkout

• The check-in time is 1400 hrs/ checkout time is 12 noon. If arriving late night / early morning, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.
• Early check-ins and extensions are subject to availability.

 Booking & Confirmation

• Rooms  can  be  reserved  by  sending  mail  to debojit.sarmah@sita.in You  will  receive  a  confirmation  receipt  on  submission  of  Accommodation details.
• The Official Travel Agents, SITA will revert to you within 24 hours with a status of requested services.

 Payment

• Delegates have the option to make payments by credit card or by bank transfer or bankers cheque, draft to be issued in favour of "Kuoni Travel India Pvt. Ltd." payable in Mumbai.
• The  payment  if  processed  via  bank  transfer  can  be  made  anytime  within  7  working  days  of  receiving  the confirmation advise or as advised by SITA or the booking will be released automatically. Also, the payment should be in full and the bank processing charges should be paid for separately.

 Cancellation Clause

• All  advances  are  non-refundable  prior to 72 hrs cut off  &  one  night  is  chargeable  as  cancellation.

• 100% cancellation charges for period reserved for No Show/Reduction in stay after check in.
